RCC Incorporation news and proposed 2023 Calendar RCC tournament dates.

We have movement at last on our February application to incorporate the City of Redcliffe Chess Club, thanks to Senior Officer Connor O’Brien.
We have also paid the required application fee of $167.85.
We should now be 6-8 weeks away from becoming incorporated! Believe it or not!
The CAQ will soon have brand new Chess Clocks available for affiliated Clubs to buy for just $50. We should buy lots for the Club so we can cater for up to 120 players in the one tournament ( and perhaps buy some extra clocks to give out as prizes as well. ) I will count how many good ones we have in the cupboard on Wednesday night and see how many the Club should order.
We have probable dates for our WeekEnd Events at Rothwell in 2023 now – all still need to be confirmed by Grace next year!
