RCC 2021 starts Wednesday 20th January 7.30pm

Redcliffe Chess Club re-opens this Wednesday night, January 20, in the usual room, the F Block of Grace Lutheran College, Buchanan Street, Rothwell, at 7:30pm. The 6 round Summer Swiss will start just after 8pm. If you need a R1 half point bye for the Summer Swiss, text me on 0431 419 136 before 7:45pm on Wednesday night. Up to two half point byes are available for rounds 1-5. It will be a 0 point bye if you need one for R6.

Please remember to wear a mask for Round 1.

We will continue to collect night fees by direct deposit into the Redcliffe Chess Club Westpac Bank Account. For 2021, Adults need to deposit just $20 per tournament and Juniors just $6 per tournament. You will also need to pay an extra $5 for the first tournament of the year to pay for the Redcliffe Chess Club Membership Fee of just $5 a year for all members. You may also need to pay the yearly CAQ Membership Fee of $20 per year during our first tournament if you are not a CAQ Member for 2021 – some players may already be CAQ Members for 2021 if they paid the three year joining fee of $50 already.
