Player Information!

With the tournament just one week away, a few reminders to help the weekend run smoothly.

Parking: Limited onsite parking is available at the Mudgeeraba Showgrounds (Bill Deacon Pavilion). Please allow extra time to find parking and consider carpooling where possible. Additional parking may be available in the surrounding area, subject to local restrictions.

Punctuality: Players are expected to be seated and ready to play at the scheduled start of each round. Please arrive early, particularly on the first day, to allow time for parking and registration.

Half-Point Byes: Any requests for half-point byes must be made before Round 1 begins, either by notifying the Chief Arbiter during registration/check-in or by emailing the club in advance. If you need a bye during the tournament At a minimum let the chief arbiter know before the start of the prior round
