TEAMS CHESS CONCEPT IN VICTORIA
Everyone knows that endless weekenders are the best way to go!
Our Olympiad Teams cut their teeth on weekenders and are reaping the results.
Compare the German Bundesliga with Australian endless weekenders – no contest – what were they thinking?
Below is a post from ChessChat:
If we had a Chess League that someone just reminded me off, the East with its huge Depth would Crush the West so easily, The western teams would be lucky to be in the top 8. At Dandenong we have a team all ready to go called the Dandenong – Casey Chess Capades, yes we are years ahead of everyone. Eastern Teams out of Melbourne all the way up just north of Dandenong would look like the Chinese Olympiad teams lol for back up the south East would have to 600,000 FROM THE SUB CONTINENT .
That’s why Chess Victoria helps the West with its home ground advantage knowing our people don’t like going to those dirty suburbs
