We welcomed into our Club 3 new players: William Bambey, Nathan Heo and Henry Zhou.

Thank you to all the players who have already paid their $20 Adult entry fee OR the $6 Junior under 18 entry fee of $6 for the 5 round accelerated draw 2024 Summer Swiss.

See you next Wednesday night for R2 of the 2024 Summer Swiss. The Club doors will open at 7pm for friendly games, a popper or cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit. R2 of the Summer Swiss will start by 7:45pm so please arrive about 7:30pm or even earlier.

If you need a half point bye for R2, please text me before 7:30pm on Wednesday night so I can leave you out of the R2 draw and that way all players present will get a game and not a win on forfeit.

PS  We will collect the 2024 CAQ Inc Membership Fee of $20 if you need to pay that AND the $5 2024 Redcliffe Chess Club Inc Membership Fee of just $5 in mid February – the combined fee for both these memberships is $25.
