Please see attached copy of minutes from CAQ Council meeting on 7 January 2024.

Things to Note:

• The CAQ fees for 2024 membership are not increasing.
• CAQ is looking at getting out of the RevSport Contract.
• I made a new plan to Council for our Membership that I think you all will love.

Special General Meeting:

At the AGM it was moved we hold a Special General Meeting to cover the RevSport item.

In the interest of organising this SGM, I’d like to find out times you are all available so we can set a time for a Zoom SGM that works for as many people as we can.

I see that clubs run every night during the week, so weekend it would have to be.

CAQ Council meetings are on at 4pm on a Sunday. Please let me know if that time works or if a better time on the weekend is more suitable.

I’d like the opportunity to tell you all about the new membership plan and give you the chance to ask any questions you may have.

I’ll get a draft agenda out soon. Have a think about anything else you’d like added to that agenda in the meantime.
