CAQ Inc. AGM News from RCC Inc. President, Mark C Stokes

Hi Hughston
Thanks for all the CAQ Council Meeting Minutes of 2023 and for the 2023 AGM Notice and 2023 AGM Agenda and Call for Tenders and for the minutes of the CAQ Inc 2022 AGM.
Could you add my motions passed at the CAQ Inc 2022 AGM to the motions for the 2023 CAQ Inc AGM please? Please note some are slightly different. Here they are for the 2023 CAQ Inc AGM on Sunday December 17 2023 at Mount Gravatt Bowls Club:
Motion: That this 2023 CAQ Inc AGM recommends to the 2024 CAQ Inc COUNCIL that it continues to support CAQ Inc Affiliated Clubs and approved Individual Organisers with a $400 subsidy to run regional weekend classically rated Open Chess Tournaments OR with a $200 subsidy to run weekend classically rated Open Chess Tournaments in South-East Queensland and that this subsidy be paid once the Tournament Entry Form is placed on the CAQ Inc Website and an application is then made to the CAQ Inc Treasurer.
For the purposes of this motion, Redcliffe, Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich and Gold Coast will be considered South-East Queensland Events and be entitled to a $200 CAQ Inc subsidy and all other CAQ Inc approved Open Weekend Chess Tournaments be considered Regional events and be entitled to a $400 CAQ Inc subsidy. It is also noted that no CAQ Inc affiliated Club or approved Individual Tournament Organiser can claim more than two CAQ tournament subsidies between January 1 2024 and December 31 2024.
