    The Great Public Schools Association of Queensland Inc. is an association of nine south-east Queensland secondary schools that have competed in an annual chess premiership since 1995 which includes the following schools:

    Brisbane State High School
    St Joseph’s Gregory Terrace
    Ipswich Grammar School
    St Joseph’s Nudgee College
