There is a German company Schachreisen (German for Chess Travel) https://www.schachreisen.eu/schachre…schachturniere

which is run by GM Joerg Hickl and has IM Eric Zude as an instructor, that offer chess cruises (the latest one is from Lisbon to Rio). I played in the Koh Samui event in November 2022 and really enjoyed it.

There was one round per day, and in the evening there was an analysis session offered in both German
and English.
