Tie breaks are back on for the Australian Junior Blitz Championships?!

I thought this had been settled by the chief arbiter??

Despite parents being told that tie breaks would not apply for the Blitz Championships – here they are.

It was my guess that because of so many withdrawals, so many unrated players and only the ACF rating list to use, that tie breaks would be irrelavant. It appears I was wrong.
