Dear Clubs, Councilors, and Council candidates,

Please find the agenda for the coming AGM attached to this email. I have included some preliminary discussion points in the agenda, but please let me know if you would like more items added to it, otherwise they can be tabled under General Business.

If there are any issues with the agenda, please let me know ASAP. If it is found that there are any issues with the agenda, I will amend accordingly and send a revised agenda out at my earliest convenience. Otherwise, I will compile all items of business that are submitted and send an updated agenda out on 4 December.
