Aussies taking on the Chess World in Bangkok Chess Club Open! Where is their back-up team?

It appears that Australian Chess Players are slowly reconnecting with the outside world.
Playing is one thing -Having a State and National support network is another.
Let’s get behind this resurgence of Australia’s finest at the CAQ and ACF AGMs.
More focus on those TAKING ON THE WORLD and less on amateurs taking money out of the system.
Who not employ a Part-time/Full-time Team Manager for any group heading overseas?
Jack Rodgers is an obvious candidate.
How do we pay for something like this?
STOP POURING MONEY INTO AMATEURS HANDS AT THE EXPENSE OF THOSE HAVING A GO!!
Name another sport silly enough to do this. I dares ya! I double dares ya!!
