JETS loses major sponsor – What can Queenslanders do to help?

With rating prizes in Australia now hitting the U/1600, $1,000 mark (and there is plenty more where that came from!), is there anything Queenslanders can do to keep this institution going.
JETS has been helping to train future Olympians since 1999 and we would like to keep it that way!
Any suggestions?

After 13 years of support, Geraldine Johns-Putra is ending her sponsorship of the Junior Elite Training Squad.

In those 13 years, Johns-Putra (and her legal consulting firm Johns-Putra Limited) has helped hundreds of Australia’s most promising young players. JETS and Australia’s junior chessplayers owe the former Olympian (both as player and captain) a great debt of gratitude for her long association with JETS.

JETS began in 1999 and has held an annual camp, physical or virtual, every year since then. Though a new sponsor is currently being sought, the 2023 camp is confirmed for 1-5 July 2023.
