I have been burning the midnight oil and developed a plan to see Qld. Chess into the 2030s.
Hopefully I have covered everything in the above 10 points which are fleshed out in the attached .pdf
You are probably thinking “how did this guy come up with such a comprehensive plan all on his own.”
The word “genius” is bandied about too much these days for my liking. I’ll not hear another word about it.

Truth be told I didn’t have to do as much work as you think.
I simply “borrowed” Australia’s WOFP put out in 2015.
And this is the point. We don’t have to reinvent the wheel. We don’t necessarily have to borrow from Football (Soccer) Australia or Hockey or Swimming.
We can adapt any of the successful Business Management Plans used by many successful Sports in Australia.
How much do we pay the Qld. CEO? How much do we pay our Elite Players? How much do we pay our Office Staff?
All depends on the Plan. No Plan No Soup. Just weekenders.
