Former Redcliffe Chess Club Member IM Brodie McClymont won the $1750 1^st Prize with 6/6 in last weekend’s Mackay Open, but Tony Weller gave him a very close game in R6 which could have gone either way. Lachlan Wang, John Buciu and Mark C Stokes all did well too, scoring 4.5/6 to all come equal second!
