Lots of Upcoming Events are up now on the CAQ Website including the Mackay Open on May 14 and 15, the Darling Downs Open in Toowoomba on May 21 and May 22, the huge Gold Coast Open Premier, U1800 ACF Gold Coast Major and U1200 ACF Gold Coast Minor at the end of June, followed by the Queensland Junior Chess Championships from Tuesday June 28 to Friday July 1, plus the 57th consecutive Peninsula Open here in the F Block and J Block of Grace Lutheran College Rothwell on July 9 and July 10. Redcliffe Chess Club Members can enter the Peninsula Open for just $20, a saving of $55 for Adults and $40 for Juniors and Pensioners! The Wendy Terry Memorial will also be run here at Grace Lutheran College Rothwell on July 30 and July 31. Check the CAQ Website at www.caq.org.au
