The good news is the “ 2022 Darling Downs Open “ chess tournament is on the horizon and ready to go ahead. FAR BIGGER & BETTER than ever before. Great venue with air conditioning and good technology. David Esmonde is the Arbiter. The total prize money is $ 4100- , with great prizes for all the 4 rating groups; not to mention the major prizes.
