The Gold Coast Chess Club is holding a special Alumni Teams event, 6th of Aug. Link to register and some information below. Could the event please be added the ACF newsletter for the next few months leading up to the event as we’d love to see some VIC and NSW teams choose a trip up to Burleigh Heads beachside to play some chess?

Eligibility Criteria:
All members of your team must have attended the same school or chess club (Eg. Pancake Manor Junior CC).
You must be Alumni. Players can be from different cohorts.
Time control: 15 minutes + 5 seconds increment from move 1
Schedule:
Registration from 11:00 am, Saturday 6th, August
Round 1 11:30 am
Total Prize Pool: $600
Prizes: 1st Place Team $400 + Winners Cup, 2nd Place Team $200 + Runner’s Up Cup
