385 teams – 13 leagues – Teams Chess ! – 3,000 players

DSOL: NEW SEASON FROM THE END OF JANUARY 2022

The German Chess Online League (DSOL) will start its third season on January 31, 2022. The DSOL was launched in 2020 together with our partner ChessBase as an online alternative to regular gaming operations, to which it should come as close as possible.
Since then it has been a true success story: in the last season alone,

almost 3,000 players took part in 385 teams and 13 leagues.

In the third edition, almost everything remains the same, the video surveillance of the games from the semi-finals is new. All information and regulations can be found in the tender, which is now available for download .
The teams can be registered from Wednesday, December 15th, the closing date for entries is –
January 18th at 11:59 p.m.

The most important information –

The game is played on the ChessBase Playchess server
No ChessBase premium access is required
Thinking time is 45 minutes + 15 seconds
Rounds always start at 7:30 p.m., registration closes 15 minutes in advance
Fixed day for home games (Monday to Friday possible)
Each club of the DSB can register any number of teams
Teams of 4, up to 10 players can be registered
Players must be an active or passive member of the club
A player can be entered for a maximum of 2 teams in a club, but only in one team on boards 1-4
Teams are divided into leagues according to their level of play, with 4 groups of 8 teams each
The first two in the group qualify for the quarter-finals

Masters receive a representative trophy
High-quality prizes from ChessBase, which will be raffled among all participating teams
New: video surveillance from the semi-finals
