Breaking News! Queenslander 2nd in World Championships!

In the 1950s, Myra Cook from Yeppoon came 2nd in the World Women’s Correspondence Championships.
She also won Queensland’s 1st Women’s Championships in 1970.
Cecil Purdy won the World Correspondence Championships.
Is Myra, Queensland’s highest ever placing chess player?
