Redcliffe Chess Club recommences club events.
The Redcliffe Chess Club has recommenced regular weekly tournaments, at a temporary location, following the lifting of restrictions for club events.
The club will now meet at 7.30 pm every Wednesday night at The Steps Dance Centre, building 2, unit 1 Morris Road West, Rothwell. Turn right at the driveway just past the Salvos and then drive 150 metres straight ahead. If unable to find this location please ring President Mark Stokes on 0431419136 or 32056042. It is requested that players arrive by 7.15 pm and fill in the attendance sheet which requires everyone to provide their name; address and mobile number.
The club has developed a covid attendance plan, with the key points being:
.Maintaining social distancing.
.Everyone is encouraged to download the COVID app onto their mobile.
.Use hand sanitiser before, during and after each game as well as after going to the toilet.
.Bring your own refreshments (thermos, snack et al) as the club will not be providing same.
.Bring your own pen.
