Results for 2019 Summer Swiss Tournament.

The 2019 Summer Swiss tournament was concluded on Wednesday 20th February, 2019 with 22 club members participating throughout this prestigious event.

Juniors continue to shine at the club with outstanding performances by the eventual winner, Tom Maguire, as well as Filip Simic and new comers A. Suraweera and Jai Turner.

Overall winners were:

1st Tom Maguire (6 points from 6 rounds!!)

2nd Allan Fossey (4/6)

Under 1500 Joint winners were Rex Scarf and Tim Steggali (both on 3 1/2 points)

Best junior was the ever improving Filip Simic (3 1/2 points)

The next club event is the 2019 TAL Memorial event running from 27th February through to 3rd April.  Visitors and those wishing to join the club are more than welcome to attend.
